• Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused and have any original packaging or tags still in place.
• Buyer is responsible for return postage cost. Use of a tracked service is advised.
• Item must be returned within 14 days of contact being made.

To help speed up things if requesting an exchange, it is recommended to purchase the new item and send yours back for a refund. 
Refunds will be processed once a return has been validated (usually within 24 hours). Refunds can only be returned back to the original payment method. Please allow time for the payment to be returned, it is usually around 3-5 working days but may differ according to your payment provider.
